Gauri and Hiten Tejwani

Living News, Entertainment News
This popular couple, on-screen and off, will complete two years of marriage this April. When asked to list three good reasons why they got married, Hiten immediately said, "Gauri is very caring. She is a good human being. She is very understanding. She knows exactly what I need and before I realise, it's done. She takes extra care of me but she does not like to show it. That is what has always touched me about her. She was the same even before our marriage." A giggling Gauri teased Hiten saying she is the kaam wali bai for him... ("that was just a joke") but when it was her turn she got serious. "I got married to Hiten, because of his simplicity, honesty and his ability to love everyone around him and not just because I loved him or he loved me."

Create your own beautiful Garden

News, Gerdening Gardening is getting back to the nature. It gives us a respite from the daily stress and strain. The peaceful green rejuvenates the mind and the body. Time spent in making the garden more beautiful will always make one fresh and ready to face on new challenges.

A lot of people take pride in maintaining a beautiful garden that is attractive as well as houses varied varieties of plants and flowers. Would it not be even better to spend more time in your garden and enjoy it? To make you garden more beautiful and useful, you could arrange it in such a way that it looks like you have taken great pains to maintain it.

The arrangement need not be expensive. Just some simple articles can enhance your garden and earn you the name of being the best gardener.

Some of the ways in which you could beautify your garden are:
Create a tiled marked path that runs through your garden and keep it clean. This is an easier way to make your garden more accessible and clean. If you are ready to invest more money on your garden, then you could buy some really attractive terracotta tiles and lay the path with such tiles. This gives you an added advantage of keeping the path clean and adds an ethnic touch with mud tiles and terracotta tiles being the in-thing now.

Use artifacts like terracotta pots to beautify your garden. You could ear mark few corners of your garden for certain artifacts, like a big earthen pot. Instead of plain pots, you could use nice carved earthen pots that serve as pots and in turn beautify your garden. Such pots are easily available in the market and they come in various sizes. You could use any sizes depending on the space you have. If you have lesser floor space you could just use one big pot at one corner around which you have the tiled path curving. Or you could use small terracotta pots that can be hung from the ceiling.

A big hanging lamp if your garden in indoors could make the atmosphere a romantic one and create a special aura. If your garden is an outdoor one then you could use creative big lamps that do not light up but increase the beauty with their big colourful shades. A tall lamp with a bright deep blue shade can tempt the person to stay in the garden for the whole day.

Small knick-knacks from your home which would usually be considered as waste could be creatively used in the garden. Long pipes, colourful artifacts, bamboo chairs etc could make your garden a charming one.

A simple wrought iron bench would lure all to sit and enjoy your garden. Or a bench made from bamboo or a cut tree trunk could serve as a natural bench and add creativity and ethnic look to your garden.

Bamboo stick could be cut short and made into hanging pots that can be hung from the poles planted in your garden. Wind chimes that are strong can be used in the garden. They will chime when the winds blow and the peaceful sounds can even lure you to sleep.

Things which one would usually consider a waste can be used constructively to beautify your garden. A garden is a place where you can relax and become one with the nature. After a hectic day, sitting by the plants, with soft wind blowing through your hair, soft lights creating the relaxing mood and colourful flowers lending charm to your garden will bring you immense satisfaction of creating the perfect garden.

A little time and patience can transform your garden from the usual muddy place to a creative haunt that many would always love to visit and relax.

  • I have never consciously tried to create an image. It happened because my producer created a project, which became a hit. The team has made it a hit. People must remember that not everything they read is true. I take my work one day at a time. Like I am shooting today with this script, which is meant for today only. I am not a conversationalist kind of person.

  • I don't have time for movies. It is not easy to adjust my schedule with movies. I like to give quality time to a project. If I have to run helter-skelter, I will not be able to give my best.

  • I do not discuss my private life. I don't want to talk about even a simple day at home. At the start of my career, I met a senior journalist who told me the media has as much access to an actor's life as the actor permits. I have heard actors crib about how little privacy they have.

Why KANK release on July 11th

Kabhi Alvida Na Kehena: Bollywood News
Karan Johar had to finish the picturization of the last song of KANK by July 11th , because some of his lead actors (who participated in the last schedule at Yash Raj Studios) had to fly out of India thereafter (some have already). Karan lost out two days on account of the rains and another day due to one of his actors not being able to report for shooting during the schedule which began on 1st July.
The filmmaker won't even dream of postponing his release because the week of 11th August (the date his film is scheduled to hit the theaters), has a couple of extra public holidays. August 15 is India's Independence day and the next day (16th) is the big festival of 'Janamashtmi'.

That being so, it was one hell of a shooting spell for Karan, who was running a fever due to the tension and stress to complete the shooting in time.

Phir Hera Pheri

Entertainment News, Bollywood, Movie ReviewPhir Hera Pheri doesn't promise to be different. It packs in ample laughs, illogical situations, rib-tickling sequences and witty one-liners in those 2.30 hours. In fact, writer-director Neeraj Vora borrows everything available on the shelf and comes up with a plot that may sound silly to a few, but nonetheless succeeds in its endeavor of making people laugh.Comparisons with Hera Pheri are inevitable. However, since there has been a substantial gap between the two parts, Phir Hera Pheri still stands out as a comic caper that's amusing and entertaining. Watch the frolics of the three buffoons [Raju, Shyam, Baburao] and how they goof up yet again and you'd agree, Phir Hera Pheri is a sure-shot paisa-vasool entertainer!
